| CHELUX® - cyanide copper electrolyte |
 |
- Dense and adherent deposits even for thin copper layers
- Fine-crystalline ductile copper coatings
- Excellent throwing and covering power which is essential for copper plating of zinc die castings
|
| RUBIN - bright copper process |
- Ductile and tension free deposits
- Excellent bright throwing power, nodulisation is minimized
- Unsurpassed levelling action
- Wide temperature range (18 - 35°C)
- Only one brightner is needed for the current production
|
| ORION® and SIRIUS - bright nickle electrolyte |
- Wide current density range
- Remarkably ductile and brilliant deposits which are easy to chromium plate
- Excellent levelling power (up to 70 %); polishing and buffing operations can be reduced considerably
- Special additional agents for specific demands on request
- In combination with our semi-bright nickel electrolyte Pre-SIRIUS creates a first-class duplex nickel process with a potential difference of 80 - 110 mV between the nickel layers
|
| MERKUR - satin nickel process |
 |
- Uniform semi-bright deposits
- Dazzle-free nickel deposits with good finger print resistance
- Excellent properties for further chromium plating
|
| SAPHIR® - bright and hard chromium process |
- Self regulating electrolyte without solid deposit (catalyst)
- Excellent bright throwing and covering power
- High current efficiency
- Current densities up to 100 A/dm² (hard chromium)
- Bright chromium deposits at a wide range of chromic acid concentration (175 - 300 g/I CrO3)
- Uniform deep black and abrasion resistant chromium deposits can be achieved by using type "TS" which has the same characteristics as other SAPHIR® electrolytes
|
| PROMAT - cyanide zinc process |
 |
- VARIO brighteners produce high lustre zinc deposits over a wide range of current density
- Excellent bright throwing power and uniform coatings
- VARIO additives work in zinc baths with low, medium or high cyanide concentrations
- Brilliant deposits also without rod movement or bath agitation
- The version VARIO 40 is supplied as concentrate
|
| TOPAS - alkaline non-cyanide zinc process |
- Tension-free deposits
- Excellent throwing power
- High current densities and excellent layer distribution
- Easy maintenance with zinc regeneration tank and steel anodes
|
| AZUR - acidic zink process |
- Non-combustible additives which do not contain any alkylphenole ethoxylates. They can be diluted with water as required
- The electrolyte runs at 18 - 60 °C and does not become turbid
- High brilliant and ductile deposits at high current densities
- Very little foaming when used with air agitation
|
| KORONA® - acidic bright tin process |
 |
- Deposits are resistant against finger-prints, tarnishing and easy to solder
- Wide current densities and temperature range with uniformly layered deposits
- No yellowish deposits, not even during breaks in production
|
| ACHAT - cyanide brass electrolyte |
- The colour of deposits can be varied from reddish to light yellow by the addition of a special additive which stabilises the colour
- With exposure times up to 5 minutes, the brilliance of pre-plated nickel layers is maintained. Deposits over 7µm can be coloured antic, black or something similar using our PROSEAL Color BM
|
| TURMALIN - alkaline, cyanidefree Copper electrolyte |
- Dense, adherent and semibright copper layers
- substitutes cyanide copper plating solutions
- Excellent throwing power
