Since our company was founded more than 90 years ago we have aligned our range of products to the wishes of our customers and thus earned renown of our own within the business sector. As a medium-sized family-owned enterprise, we wish to maintain this position as one of the leading system suppliers, independent of major company groups, in the field of mechanical and chemical surface treatment. Pursuing our guiding idea "Everything for surface technology", we supplement our range with products which can be appropriately made to harmonise with this philosophy. We also offer our customers tailor-made processes leading to cost advantages in production. For us quality is more important than allegedly low prices. |

We understand service and support as a service for the customer for the purpose of long-term co-operation on a partnership-type basis. Qualitatively high-grade products are an essential pre-requisite for production reliability and the success of our custom-ers. In that way, the members of our field staff perform a central function within our company. They are at the customer's disposal with advice and action at any time. Moreover, the members of the field staff are, due to their presence in the market, an important source of information for the further development of our products also with regard to environmental aspects. |

Profit-oriented working and cost-conscious, sustainable action are essential prerequi-sites for growth and investments and serve to safeguard and to create jobs. We inte-grate our staff into major decision-making processes and constantly make them aware of the meaning of our corporate principles. Together we improve internal processes also in the interests of our business partners. In this, the safety of our plants and working equipment is of a special significance also in respect to the safety at work of our staff. |

Environment and safety oriented action and the maintenance of legal conformity is a constant obli-gation for us. In production we ensure minimisation of emissions and the economical use of resources and ensure in development that environmentally friendly raw materials are used as far as possible. We assess our environmental achievements and our safety status at regular intervals and deduce improvement measures. All products are as-sessed and classified by us also from ecological points of view. We maintain an open dialogue with the interested public and with approving institutions. |

With our suppliers we are striving for co-operation on a partnership-type basis. We jointly work to constantly optimise delivery qualities and to reduce the effects on the environment which can be influenced. |
