How do we collect your data?

Your data is, firstly, collected by your providing us with them. This can, for example, be data that you enter on a contact form.

Other data is automatically collected by our IT systems when you visit the website.

The data is used exclusively for fault location and, if necessary, for forensic evaluation.

What do we use your data for?

• Art. 6(1) letter c of the GDPR for the necessary processing of personal data to meet a legal obligation to which we are subject in accordance with, possibly, the applicable law of the EU or in accordance with, possibly, the applicable law of a country in which the GDPR is wholly or partially applicable.

• Art. 6(1) letter f of the GDPR for the necessary processing of personal data to safeguard the justified interests of ourselves or of third parties, unless the basic liberties and fundamental rights and interests of the person predominate. Justified interests are, in particular, our business management interest in being able to make our website available, in information security, the enforcement of our own legal claims and compliance with other legal requirements.
